TPI built "Ankara Network"

AN INTERNATIONAL INNOVATION SUPPORT NETWORK HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED THROUGH THE TURKISH PATENT INSTITUTE’S CONTRIBUTIONS

The Turkish Patent Institute in its website announces that a network called “Ankara Network” has been built as a result of an international workshop organized under the cooperation of the Turkish Patent Institute and the European Patent Office on April 10-11, 2006 in Ankara.

In this network various Industrial Property Offices such as Austrian, Danish, Greek, Italian, Belarus, U.K. Patent Offices will disclose and publish their experiences and practices in order to contribute to the importance of the industrial property rights. The network provides also the possibility of a platform for discussing and exchanging through Internet experiences and data.

The representative of the public institutions responsible for industrial property matters among which are present the above countries have signed the Ankara Declaration on April 11, 2006 in Ankara.
