ADER is a computer services company specializing in the Deriş I.P.M.S.® and ERP software package. ADER provides system support and software development assistance on a contractual basis. The partners of Deriş Patents & Trademarks Agency Joint-Stock Company founded ADER in 1985 after long realizing the growing importance and potential of new technology in the IP field.

Since then, professionals from the IP and IT sectors have collaborated at ADER COMPUTER SERVICES & TRADING INC. to create I.P.M.S.®, a fourth generation software package built on the experience gained from three previous trademark management programs created and operated between 1980 and 1997 at Deriş. I.P.M.S.® has been employed with great success at Deriş since September of 1997.
