SEDIN SA, of, Geneva, Switzerland, and DERİŞ Patents & Trademarks Agency closely collaborate through a cooperation agreement that, resulted from a longstanding working relationship for the defense of Intellectual Property rights lasting more that 25 years.

With our cooperation, we aim to enhance our mutual international service capabilities and technical know-how while sharing philosophy, professional competences, experiences and abilities. SEDIN and DERİŞ Patents & Trademarks Agency use the same computer software packages I.P.M.S.® and E.R.P. enabling them to achieve flexibility and operational consistency in addressing their respective clients objectives no matter their geographical scopes.

Based in Geneva, city of the head office of the WIPO, SEDIN SA manages IP rights protection and enforcement in Switzerland and in countries worldwide through a network of correspondents with high qualifications. With its experience in the appraisal of Intellectual Property rights, SEDIN SA provides assistance and legal counsel in the formulation of the decision-making processes relating to the international implementation of Intellectual Property policy.
