I.P.M.S.® - Intellectual Property Management Software

The 4th generation proprietary helpware Intellectual Property Management Software (I.P.M.S.®) is being used in the firm since September 1997 for the management of all trademark, patent, utility model, design patent and opposition cases entrusted to us for filing and prosecution in Turkey, in Cyprus (Greek and Turkish parts) and in all other countries.

I.P.M.S.® permits the simultaneous management and record-keeping of all documents and of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

I.P.M.S.® has also a communication function in that it permits the accession of our database at distance for consultation purposes or for the electronic  transfer of data/instructions in both directions whether for sending instructions for filing or else or for feed-back that is for updating clients’ files from ours.
