Our clients and colleagues can access and view the details of their files entrusted to our law firm and send online instructions by entering their company user id and password in the I.P.M.S._e in the Online View option of our website www.deris.com.tr. If you want to use this facility, please fill in the following form and submit same to us. Your company user id and password will be sent to you in a short time.

If you have not already entrusted us with cases, you may send us new instructions by referring to I.P.M.S._e Sending Instructions option of our website www.deris.com.tr without needing any user id and password.

User ID and Password

If you have not received or have forgotten your user id and/or your password, please fill in the following form.

The use of the following features will permit you to retrieve any information you require instantly without the lengthy and costly process of obtaining the same information via telephone or fax or by sending out status inquiry letters.

Your Own Files:

This user friendly feature will permit you to directly and immediately follow up the latest status of your file(s) entrusted to our office but you can also have a look into the status history pertaining to each of them. In addition, you can immediately access to all details of your files and may further check the next due dates for office actions, renewals etc.

Correspondence

All of the incoming/outgoing correspondences regarding the file including the correspondence conducted with the administration are instantly available. It is possible to have a glance at a brief summary of each correspondence. But for all correspondences received and sent as from 2000, you can also easily view the texts of same.

Documents

All documents (i.e. powers of attorney, chamber of commerce certificates) including the official ones (i.e. registration certificates) are instantly available on line.

Expenses

If you are wondering about what kind of expenses have been incurred for your file(s), you are now able to have instantly access to the listing of expenses whereby you are also provided with the current information about invoicing.

Sending Instructions

Your instructions can conveniently be sent and followed-up on-line. Instead of sending instruction letters by fax or mail, just fill in our pre-prepared instruction forms which have been created separately for trademark applications, trademark renewals and patent applications. A printer friendly version of the forms are also available so that you can also print the instruction form for your own files.
