Courts of Istanbul and the enforcement offices shall be authorized for the settlement of such disputes and the disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
10) Deriş web site has the right to change, renew or cancel any article of the Specification of Terms of Use without any notifications. Any amended, renewed or annulled provisions shall express the provision in the publication date as regards to the Users.
